I spent four days Theme Weaving and presenting Keynotes, Workshops and a Hosting Panel with this wonderful group at their 2009 Sales Conference. It's great to see the energy, laughter and engagement of the 'blokes' in the audience as we finish with my Attitude Song. Sometimes before I make a presentation I'm told 'our people wont do that'. Hey, everyone is human and has a sense of humour somewhere - and people will do stuff if it makes sense to them. Moving and turning theory into action made sense to this wonderful group of salespeople.
